Delete your account

You can delete your Rally account and its data at any time, without reinstalling the app.

How to delete it

• In the Rally desktop app: open Preferences, then Account, then Delete account.
• By email: email hello@rallyfit.app from the address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete it within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

• Your profile: name, email, photo, bio, date of birth, height, and weight. Your profile is replaced with "Deleted User".
• Your workouts, scores, sets, runs, personal records, and training maxes.
• Your follows, likes, favorites, notifications, and race entries.
• Data from services you connected, such as Garmin Connect.
• Your sign-in account.

What stays

• Messages you sent in squads or direct messages stay visible to the people you sent them to, shown as from "Deleted User".
• Purchase records we must keep for tax and accounting law.
• Backup copies, which are removed within 30 days.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in your Apple or Google account settings. See the Privacy Policy for more on how we handle your data.
