Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Rally app, the Rally website, and any related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Rally. If you are using the Service on behalf of a gym, team, or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so on its behalf.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• Tell us right away if you think your account has been compromised.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law while using Rally.
• Upload content that is harmful, harassing, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you don't own.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service outside of normal use.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you put into Rally — your workouts, logs, notes, squad programming, and so on. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and process your content as needed to run the Service for you and your squad.

5. Squads & shared data

When you join a squad, the workouts and logs you complete in that squad are visible to other squad members. Don't share anything in a squad you wouldn't want squad members to see.

6. Health & fitness disclaimer

Rally is a tracking tool, not medical or training advice. Talk to a qualified professional before starting or changing any training program. You train at your own risk. We are not responsible for injuries, health outcomes, or the accuracy of programming you follow inside Rally.

7. Subscriptions & payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing, and renewal terms will be shown at checkout. You can cancel a subscription at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and we don't offer refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

8. Termination

You can stop using Rally and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we need to for legal, security, or operational reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limits on liability) will survive.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent allowed by law, Rally disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Rally will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) USD $50.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If the changes are material we will notify you in-app or by email before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Rally is incorporated, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located there.
